Overview

Curia's T3P or propanephosphonic acid anhydride, is an exceptional green reagent for use in condensation reactions and has attracted the attention of almost all innovative pharmaceutical companies worldwide during the past decade. Many applications for T3P use are in amidations and peptide coupling reactions — both LPPS (liquid-phase peptide synthesis) and SPPS (solid-phase peptide synthesis).

However, the reagent may readily be used for various other functional group transformation reactions including nitrile formation, alcohol oxidation (Swern-type oxidation), ester formation, heterocycle formation and many more.

Key Learning Objectives:
  • A green alternative to commonly used coupling agents
  • Process advantages of T3P
  • T3P advantages as greener reagent
Who Should Attend:
  • R&D of API manufacturers
  • Sourcing managers
  • Peptide developers
  • Small molecule developers
  • New product developers
