Where is the ACS Spring 2026 Exhibit Hall?

What are the Exhibit Hall dates and hours?
Monday, March 23, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday, March 24, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Buyer Hour from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM 
Wednesday, March 25, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Exclusive hours for Refresh & Connect Coffee Break – 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM daily

Exhibitors may access the hall two hours early for setup.

When can I set up my booth?
Exhibitor Move In:
Saturday, March 21, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday, March 22, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

All exhibits must be show-ready by 5:00 PM on Sunday. If you are unable to set up within the designated hours, please email expo@acs.org

When is teardown?
Exhibitor Move Out:
Wednesday, March 25, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday, March 26, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Booth tear-down is strictly prohibited until the expo officially closes at noon on Wednesday, as early breakdown creates safety hazards and disrupts the experience for attendees and fellow exhibitors.

What is included in my booth space?
Each booth package comes with specific items. View the complete list here.

How do I order carpet, furnishings, electricity, internet, lead retrieval, cleaning service, etc?
Freeman is the official General Contractor for ACS Spring 2026. Log into the Freeman Service Kit to purchase everything you will need for your booth.

Can I bring my own AV equipment?
Yes, but onsite support is only provided for rented equipment.

Is Wi-Fi available in the exhibit hall?
Wi-Fi is available in the exhibit hall. Dedicated Wi-Fi is also available for purchase via the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Can we hand out giveaways or food items?
Yes, but times require approval. Consult with ACS Show Management about promotional items or food giveaways to assure the appropriateness and permissibility of the times at the convention center.

All displays, demonstrations, literature distributions, and giveaways must be confined to the exhibitor's own booth and cannot interfere with normal traffic flow or infringe on neighboring exhibitors. Distributions of any item is not permitted in the aisles or within the public areas of the building.

How many exhibitor badges do I receive?
Two (2) Exhibitor Full Conference badges are included with each 10'x10' booth space. Exhibitor Only badges are available for limited purchase.

How can I register our booth personnel?
To access the Exhibitor Registration Portal, log into the Exhibitor Event Portal and explore the "Feature Links" section on the Exhibitor Hub page.

What is the difference between Exhibitor Full Conference and Exhibitor Booth Staff Only badges?
Exhibitor Access includes Exhibitor Full Conference or Exhibitor Booth Staff Only badges. Exhibitor access is for exhibitor staff requiring access to the Expo Hall for setup outside of general admission hours. Exhibitor Full Conference badges have access to the full conference and the sessions. Exhibitor Booth Staff Only badges permit access to the Expo hall only - no sessions.

Do I need liability insurance for my booth?
As part of our event policies, all exhibitors must provide proof of liability insurance. Please submit your proof of insurance no later than 30 days before your move-in date. Details on insurance requirements can be found in the terms and conditions included in your booth contract, Exhibitor Service Kit, and/or int he Exhibitor Event Portal.

To submit a copy of your COI, please do so via the Exhibitor Event Portal.

How do I update my exhibitor profile?
Your exhibitor profile is public to all that visit our website, the expo map, exhibitor directory, virtual platform and mobile app. Provide a company overview and detailed information to elevate your presence at ACS Spring 2026. Log into Exhibitor Event Portal for more.

Are there sponsorship or advertising opportunities for ACS Spring 2026?
Yes! A variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available. Please download the prospectus for detailed options and pricing information.

How can I become a member of ACS?
You can become a member of ACS or renew your existing membership by clicking here.

How do I view, print, or pay my invoice?
 You can view, print or pay your invoice via the Exhibitor Console.

Can I obtain the attendee list?
ACS does not share or sell contact information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please be wary of unsolicited calls or emails regarding the purchase of an attendee list. If you are contacted by anyone offering to sell ACS attendee information, please notify us at expo@acs.org

How do I book accommodations for the event?
SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for ACS Spring 2026. Hotel details, pricing, and booking links can be found here.
Should you receive calls or emails from other housing companies, please know that they are not associated with ACS and reservations made through those vendors cannot be guaranteed. If you are contacted by another housing or travel company you suspect may be fraudulent, please notify us at expo@acs.org

Are there additional attendee resources?
Yes. Additional attendee resources are available, including first-time attendee information, international and visa guidance, accessibility resources, travel funding and awards, and image assets. Explore all available attendee resources here.

Who are the official contractors for ACS Spring 2026?
As part of your ACS Spring 2026 planning, you may receive solicitations from vendors that are not affiliated with ACS. Please be advised that ACS does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists or contact information. This information is only provided to ACS Official Contractors to inform exhibitors of show-related services. ACS partners with select vendors to produce our event and expo.
